Charlie Hong Kong celebrates by Honoring Lakeside Field Workers

Today is Earth Day!

Charlie Hong Kong is bringing lunch to Lakeside Organic Gardens, to honor the field workers, unsung heroes, who harvest the chard used in all their dishes.
