We’re Farming in Imperial for Winter

In order to keep a steady supply for our customers through the winter, we grow on approximately 600 certified organic acres in the Imperial Valley in California. Much of our operations staff is packing their bags and preparing to move down South for the next four months.

Fortunately, the Pajaro Valley has moderate winter weather and we are still able to grow cabbage, leeks, chards, kales, and celery in our hometown, Watsonville.
